Ana Sambold, Esq. is a Mediator, Arbitrator and Dispute Resolution Trainer and Consultant. As a mediator of the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation panel, ADR Services, Inc., and West Coast Resolution Group, she has successfully conducted over 700 mediations of litigated and non-litigated disputes. Her subject matter expertise includes a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on business and contract disputes, real estate transactions, employment, insurance bad faith, and cases involving multicultural and multilingual parties. Ms. Sambold is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). She is an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law and teaches conflict management and intercultural diversity courses with the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC). Ms. Sambold is currently the Co-Chair of the California Lawyers Association Civil Litigation Section ADR Committee and is the American Bar Association (ABA) San Diego Regional Chair for Women in Dispute Resolution (WIDR). Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mediation Association, the largest association of mediators in Southern California and actively participates in international mediation and conflict resolution projects with Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI). Ms. Sambold is admitted to practice in California, Federal Court Southern District and Colombia. She received her training and credentials in dispute resolution from Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and Pepperdine University School of Law – Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution.
